Shipping and Returns Policy

1. Shipping Times:

• Within Poland: Orders with in-stock items typically take 2-3 business days to arrive. For preorder items, shipping will take up to 2 business weeks due to production times.
• Outside of Poland: Shipping times vary depending on the destination. For in-stock items, delivery may take 1-3 business weeks. For preorder items, an additional 2-3 business weeks is required for production before shipment.

2. Preorder Items:
Some products may be preorder. These items require additional production time, which will delay shipping. Please check the product details and our social media for more information before making your purchase.

3. Returns and Refunds:

• No Refunds for Returns: We do not offer refunds for returned items unless we made a mistake in your order or sent a faulty product.
• International Orders: Once a product leaves Poland, returns will not be accepted unless we made an error in your order or sent a faulty product.
• Shipping Company Issues: We are not responsible for any delays, damage, or issues caused by the shipping company. Once your order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

4. Additional Notes:

• Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate to avoid delays or missed deliveries.
• If a product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order, providing clear photos of the issue for review.

5. Customs and Duties:
For international orders, customers are responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply in their country.
